The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to revive the same.

Mr. Mayank Goel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has settled the dispute with the respondent no.6 by way of a Memorandum of Understanding, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure /A-1 to the present petition. 3.

Mr. Vaibhav Deeka, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.6 affirms the aforesaid position. 4.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. 5.

The application is disposed of.
