% 10.02.2017 CM No.40098/2016 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking waiver of the costs of Rs.1,00,000/- imposed on her by order dated 2.2.2016. The petitioner who is appearing in person submits that she is a housewife belonging to a lower middle class family and is totally dependent upon her husband for her livelihood. It is further submitted that her family consists of herself, her husband, two sons and two daughters who are pursuing their studies and submits that she is not in a position to deposit the costs. She expresses regret for having filed the present petition. Keeping in view the economic condition of the petitioner the costs imposed vide order dated 2.2.2016 is waived/recalled. Application stands disposed of.
