% 17.07.2018 During the course of hearing, counsel for the appellant has submitted that he would be satisfied if it is clarified and liberty is granted to move an application before the Single Judge in case the appellant wants to sell his house, or raise loan on the said property. Recording the above statement, we are disposing of the appeal, giving liberty to the appellant to approach the Single Judge, if required.
