% 16.03.2016 The South Delhi Municipal Corporation has taken action. The status report handed over by the learned counsel for the SDMC is taken on record. No further directions are necessary in this writ petition. The applicants in CM Nos. 7226/2016 & 7227/2016 may take recourse and remedies that may be available to them in law. The applicants in the said applications shall be free to take all pleas that are available to them in law and on facts.

From the status report which has been taken on record, it appears that the South Delhi Municipal Corporation has written to the Station

House Officer, Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur, New Delhi for taking action against Shri Sohan Lal, Shri Ashok, Shri Manoj and Shri Mahinder, who were alleged owners of the property in question and who had apparently sold this property to the applicants in the said application, despite there being a sealing order and the properties having been sealed. The SHO shall proceed in accordance with law. The writ petition stands disposed of.
