O R D E R

% 19.03.2019 The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant would like to withdraw the appeal. Additionally, it shall pay Rs.40,000/- to the respondent-workman who has suffered a permanent disability. In the circumstances, the amount deposited before the Commissioner (Employees Compensation) shall enure to the benefit of the respondent, along with interest accrued thereon. Of the said monies, Rs.2 lacs shall be released to her right away. The other amount shall be kept in interest bearing FDRs of Rs.1 lac each, to mature every successive year. The redeemed amount shall be released to the respondent along with interest accrued thereon into her bank account maintained at a place near her residence. For the aforesaid payment, the respondent agrees not to object to

the compounding of the FIR filed against the appellant. The appeal is disposed off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J MARCH 19, 2019 ACM
