Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against respondent for not complying with the directions given by learned Division Bench of this Court on 26th September, 2024 in W.P.(C) No.7871/2024. 2.

According to petitioner, he was re-examined by the Medical Board on 9th October, 2024 and he was also verbally communicated that he had been found fit but thereafter, he has not received any communication from the side of the respondents and more than 2 months have already lapsed. 3.

submits, on instructions, that the matter is under process and the petitioner has already been declared medically fit and would be issued appointment letter within 10 days from today.

Learned counsel for the respondents also places on record one intra-office note dated 16th December, 2024. The same is taken on record. Let a copy thereof be also sent through electronic mode to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above said statement of assurance given by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press the present contempt petition.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed in view of the above said statement given by respondents.
