The application has been signed by the authorized representative of the plaintiff and defendants and their counsels. The application is supported by the affidavits of the authorised representative of plaintiff and the defendants. It is averred in the application that the parties have entered into a deed of settlement dated 4th December, 2015.

Learned counsel for the parties state that in view of the deed of settlement dated 4th December, 2015, nothing survives in the suit and the same be disposed of.

Noting the submission made, the suit is disposed of, as settled. The date 24th August, 2016 stands cancelled.
