This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.1110/2014 dated 30th November 2014, registered at Police Station Neb Sarai, under Sections 420/468/471 IPC, basis settlement arrived at between the parties dated 27th July 2017 with the facilitation of the Delhi Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, which is on record of this Court. 2.

Petitioner is present in the Court while respondent no.2 is present through VC; both are duly identified by the IO and the respective counsel. 3.

Amounts under settlement stands received by respondent no.2 who confirms the same and states that he has no objection to the FIR being quashed.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. 5.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
