The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the Parties have settled the dispute and the Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 07.07.2025. The learned Counsel for the Parties submits that the Suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 07.07.2025. Accordingly, the Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 07.07.2025. Let the Decree Sheet be withdrawn. The Parties are directed to be bound by the terms of the settlement agreed between them. 2.

The Suit is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending Application(s) also stands disposed of.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an early stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
