This application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 18th December, 2024, whereby in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Registry was directed to issue a certificate of refund of the entire court fees in favour of the plaintiffs.

By way of the present application, the plaintiffs seek modification of the said order directing that the court fees be refunded in the name of the plaintiffs' counsel since the plaintiff no. 1 is based in France and does not have any bank account in India.

Along with the application, the plaintiffs have attached an authorisation letter, authorising the plaintiffs' counsel - Remfry and Sagar, to collect the court fees on behalf of the plaintiffs.

Accordingly, the order dated 18th December, 2024 is modified and the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of the entire court fees in CS(COMM) 1139/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
