The present application is filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and old Section 482 of the Criminal Code of Procedure on behalf of the mother of the Appellant.

Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has already expired on 10th March, 2024.

The factum of death of the Appellant has been duly verified by the Respondent-State and in this regard, Status Report dated 09th May, 2025, has been filed.

Keeping in view of the fact that as the Appellant has already expired, the present appeal stands abated.
