We have heard the learned Counsel for the Parties. 2.

After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the Appellant states that Appellant be permitted to withdraw the present Appeal with a request to learned Single Judge to expedite the hearing of CM No.64505/2024 filed by the Appellant in W.P.(C) No.3514/2019. 3.

The learned Counsel representing the Respondents do not have any objection to the said prayer. However, they state that a request may also be made to learned Single Judge to expedite the hearing of the Writ Petition itself.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the respective claims of the Parties, we permit the Appellant to withdraw the present Appeal which is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of CM No.64505/2024 and decide the same at the earliest possible.
