The learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled the matter and the appellant has agreed to pay an amount of ₹36,00,000/- as full and final settlement amount.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the settlement amount will be deposited with the learned Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today.

Settlement amount is directed be disbursed in the manner as provided in the impugned award.

The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
