The petitioners in the instant petition pray for the following reliefs:- "a. Allow the Petition and an appropriate order may kindly be passed seeking restraining the Respondent No. 2 from endorsing the Commercial Unit bearing no. GB-53 in "68 Avenue" in Sector-68, Gurugram in the name of any third party;

b. Pass appropriate orders and/ or directions restraining the Respondent No.2 from registering the Commercial Unit bearing no. GB-53 in "68 Avenue" in Sector-68, Gurugram in the name of Respondent No.1."

Let the said petition be placed before the Arbitrator and the petitioners shall be at liberty to seek impleadment of non-signatory/ third party. 3.

If such a prayer is made, let the same be dealt with in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
