The present petition under Section 29A (5) seeks extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.

The arbitration proceedings are in the context of an agreement dated 12.05.2016 between the parties for execution of the "Balance Work of Main Plant Package (SG & AUX) of Unit # 1, 2, 3 at BARH STPP STAGE - I (3X660 MW)".

It is submitted by respective counsel that the arbitration proceedings are at an advanced stage and final arguments have already been concluded by the petitioner / claimant.
