In view of the fact that the disputes between the parties stand resolved by way of settlement through the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the dispute in this appeal does not survive for consideration. He seeks to withdraw the appeal. He is permitted accordingly.

By this application, the appellant seeks release of the amount of ₹20,22,125/- deposited with the Registry of this Court along with interest which may have accrued thereon. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

Accordingly, let the said amount be released to the appellant on the appellant approaching the Registry in that regard. 6.
