Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 (SDM, Punjabi Bagh) submits that the reports have already been received from the concerned agencies and would be placed before the Joint Committee to be headed by SDM, Punjabi Bagh and such committee shall take decision within four weeks from today and would take further steps, including sending requisite communication in this regard to DDA for necessary action, if so required. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1/DDA herein has apprised that Director (Housing) is also one of the member of such Joint Committee. Let there be full co-operation from him as well.

possible so that the committee is in a position to take appropriate decision within four weeks from today.

However, if no action is taken by the committee within four weeks from today, the petitioner herein would be at liberty to revive the present petition.
