% 21.03.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, in the meanwhile, the petitioner has received a communication dated 15.03.2017 from the respondent informing the petitioner that its bid has been accepted by the Directorate (Medical) Delhi and that the petitioner has been found to be qualified for the further processing of tender in question (e-Tender No. DMU-16/55/RC/Surgical Consumables/2015/CS.
