The petitioner union has filed this petition with the following prayers: "A.
Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions to decide the Reference Order bearing File No. L - 22011/06/2023 -IR(CMII) dated 26.04.2023 registered as I.D. Case No. 118 /2023 pending before the the Presiding Officer, CGIT CUM LABOUR COURT -I, Rouse Avenue Court, New Delhi, in a time bound manner within 3 months from now.

Pass such other order(s) this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

consecutive dates, so the matter is completely standstill and even written statement has not been filed by the respondents/management herein. Learned counsel for respondents/management appears on the basis of advance intimation and strongly opposes the petition, pointing out that till date, the petitioner/union has not even supplied complete paperbook to him despite repeated requests, so he has not been able to file written statement. Learned counsel for petitioner/union submits that she had supplied the complete paperbook but she is unable to show the receipt. 4.
The reference under adjudication before the learned Tribunal is dated 26.04.2023.

Considering the above circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the petitioner/union to supply complete paperbook to respondents within one week and with the request to the learned Tribunal to decide the reference expeditiously.
