The present application has been filed seeking withdrawal of present petition.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that settlement has been arrived between the petitioner as well as respondent no.6 by virtue of deed of settlement dated 21.03.2025 which has been annexed as Annexure A-1 to the present application. 3.

He submits that the present petition is being withdrawn in view of the said settlement.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
