Counsel for the Decree holder states that his client has confirmed to him the fact that her account maintained in District Queensland in Australia has been credited for a sum of AUD 10,95,969.04. He hands over a copy of the bank voucher dated 19.03.2015 prepared by the Indian Overseas Bank, Golf Link Branch. Learned counsel states that the decree stands satisfied in view of the aforesaid payment.
