The counsel for the parties state that the petitioner has already vacated the public premises with respect to which the petitioner was ordered to be evicted and delivered possession thereof to respondents and this petition only concerns the order of eviction and not the order under Section 7 of Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 and this petition has thus become infructuous and be disposed of as such.

The petition along with application for stay is disposed of as infructuous.
