% 13.02.2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner has tragically passed-away while admitted in custody at the RML Hospital, by reason of not being permitted to get the requisite urgent medical care. The passing-away of the petitioner is subject matter of CONT.CAS(C) No. 247/2026.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of as having been abated.
