This is a joint petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal w.e.f. 24.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since the filing of the present petition, the arguments stand concluded and the judgment has been reserved by the Arbitral Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly request that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal be extended by a period of six (6) months so as to enable the said Tribunal to pass an award.

In view of the joint request of the parties, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended w.e.f. 24.12.2024 until 30.06.2025.
