The Petitioners are aggrieved by the orders dated 14th October, 2024 whereby their names have been directed to be removed from the State The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Medical Register for a period of 90 day. Further, the Petitioners are also directed to undergo 15 hours of Continuing Medical Education and submit a compliance report to this effect. Aggrieved by this order, the Petitioners have availed their statutory remedy of appeal under Section 30(3) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019. Through the present petitions, Petitioners seek stay of the impugned order during the pendency of the appeal before the Appellate Authority 2.
Mr.
Kapil Kher, counsel for Petitioners, acknowledges that subsequent to the filing of the present petition, the Ethics and Medical Registration Board of the National Medical Commission has passed orders dated 11th December, 2024 accepting the Petitioners' appeal and granting the stay of the operation of the order dated 14th October, 2024 passed by Delhi Medical Council. A copy of the said orders has been handed over across the Board and taken on record.

In light of the above development, the relief sought in the present petition stands redressed.

Accordingly, the present petitions, along with pending applications, is disposed of.
