Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in LPA No. 80/2025, vide order dated 28.11.2025, the operation of the order dated 26.09.2024 (of which contempt is alleged in the present proceedings), has been stayed. 2.

In the circumstances, no further order/s are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage; the same is accordingly disposed of. 3.

Needless to say, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition subject to the outcome of the said LPA.
