The present petition under Section12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Pass appropriate direction to initiate legal action against the Respondent for having wilful and deliberate contempt/disobedience of the Order dated 01.12.2023 as well as Order dated 02.08.2023 of this Hon'ble Court passed in WP(C.) 2661 of 2023 titled as "Dharamvir Gulati vs State (NCT of Delhi) & Ors." and/or;
(b) Pass appropriate direction to the Respondent to cooperate in the proceedings before the Ld. Tribunal in terms of the Order dated 01.12.2023 as well as Order dated 02.08.2023 of this Hon'ble Court passed in WP(C.) 2661 of 2023 titled as "Dharamvir Gulati vs State (NCT of Delhi) & Ors." and/or;
(c) Pass appropriate direction to the Respondent to lead the evidence regarding existence of 'condition to maintain' so as to satisfy the threshold of S. 23 of the Act as per the Order dated 01.12.2023 of this Hon'ble Court passed in WP(C.) 2661 of 2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
