This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 0362/2025 under Section 309(4)/309(6)/3(5) BNS registered at P.S.Geeta Colony, Shahdara.

Learned counsel who appears for the petitioner states that both parties have come to an amicable settlement. Learned APP has strongly opposed the quashing of the FIR stating that there are specific allegations in the FIR that the accused persons threw some spray on respondent no.2 and thereafter beaten him with baseball bat and robbed him of his laptop and Rs.70,000/-. According to him, the allegations being specific, there is no scope of any kind of misunderstanding in lodging the FIR. He prays that the petition be dismissed with costs on both parties.

At this stage, Mr. Satyendra Kumar, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 5.
The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
