% 13.10.2025 1.

Through the present Appeal, the Appellant assails the correctness of an order dated 14.11.2024 [hereinafter referred to as 'Impugned Order'] passed by the Family Court in GP No. 695/2024 captioned Yatish Malik v. Chesta Ganotra. The Appellant herein is the father of a nearly five years' old child, who is currently in the custody of the Respondent (mother).

2.

The Family Court, while deciding the interim application, has permitted the Appellant to meet the minor child on every Saturday of the month between 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM in the Children Room, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

3.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant submits that the Appellant should be permitted to meet the minor child in a natural environment, where the Appellant would be in a position to interact freely with the minor child and that the Court should also permit the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Appellant to take the minor child to the zoo or the mall. 4.

This Court has heard the submission made by the learned counsel representing the Appellant.

5.

Admittedly, these aspects were never canvassed before the Family Court by the Appellant.

6.

Accordingly, the Appellant, if so advised, may file an appropriate application before the Family Court in accordance with law.

7.

With these observations, the present Appeal is disposed of. All pending applications stand closed.
