The present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS against the Order dated 21.11.2025 of the learned ASJ who has denied the permission to the Petitioner to travel to Dubai, USA and Australia between the period 08.12.2025 to 10.03.2026 on the ground that no urgency has been shown. 2.

The Petitioner has also sought modification of the bail condition Order dated 15.07.2022 to relieve the Petitioner from requiring prior permission from the Court for travel abroad.

Learned senior counsel after some arguments limits his prayer only to travel to Dubai from 08.12.2025 to 15.12.2025 since there is an urgent requirement for the Petitioner to get his trade license renew. 4.

In view of the submissions made, the permission is granted to the Petitioner to travel to Dubai from 08.12.2025 to 15.12.2025, subject to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Further, that applicant/accused shall furnish a detailed affidavit disclosing detailed itinerary, including his stay at various stations abroad, telephone number and residential/ hotel addresses, before leaving India. (i) The Petitioner shall deposit her passport before the learned Trial Court as security.

(ii) The Applicant/Petitioner shall also deposit his passport with the learned Trial Court, after returning back to India. (iii) The Applicant/Petitioner shall furnish an FDR of Rs.1 lakh which shall be deposited with the Registry.

(iv) The Applicant/Petitioner shall furnish his mobile number and email ID, at the time of furnishing FDR, which shall be kept operational at all times during the period of visit to Dubai. (v) The contact details shall also be informed to the concerned investigating officer.

Learned senior counsel submits that with the permission to raise the other contentions before the learned Trial Court, he will seek the modification of the bail condition from the Court which had granted the same.

The petition along with miscellaneous application are accordingly disposed of.
