MA Nos. 6572-6573/2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the transfer petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present transfer petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court in North-West District, Delhi after withdrawing the Criminal Revision Case No. 23/2015 titled Mohit Tiwari vs. G.S. Meena and Anr., inadvertently filed before the Court in North District, Delhi, which Court admittedly does not have any territorial jurisdiction over the order against which the revision has been sought.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
