The Petitioner is aggrieved by the orders dated 29th October, 2024,3 issued by the Delhi Medical Council, Respondent No. 1, whereby her name has been directed to be removed from the State Medical Register for a period of 30 days, directing her to exercise caution in the future. Aggrieved by this order, the Petitioner has availed their statutory remedy of appeal under Section 30(3) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019. Through the present petition, Petitioner seeks stay of the impugned order during the pendency of the appeal before the Appellate Authority. 2.

to the filing of the present petition, the Ethics and Medical Registration Board of the National Medical Commission has passed orders dated 19th December, 2024 accepting the Petitioner's appeal and granting the stay of the operation of the order dated 29th October, 2024 passed by Delhi Medical Council. A copy of the said order has been handed over across the Board and taken on record.

In light of the above development, the relief sought in the present petition stands redressed.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending applications, is disposed of.
