% 06.02.2025 [This case is being taken up today as 5th February, 2025 was declared a holiday on account of General Elections-2025 in the Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi vide Notification dated 31st January, 2025] 1.

It is noticed that on an earlier occasion, this Court vide Judgement dated 8th March 2022,1 while denying bail to the Petitioner, observed that the Petitioner has multiple criminal antecedents. Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been acquitted in most of the cases. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to provide the copies of orders of acquittal to the IO, who is directed to verify the same and submit a status report to this effect.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar, APP for the State, has also pointed out that one of the eyewitnesses, namely Mr. Pawan Kumar, is to be examined on 25th April, 2025. scheduled date of hearing. Copy of the order be sent to the Trial Court for information and compliance.

Let the updated Nominal Roll be also requisitioned from the concerned Jail Superintendent before the next date of hearing. 5.
