O R D E R

% 21.05.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have already nominated their respective Arbitrators and it is expected that the Arbitral Tribunal would be constituted shortly.

In view thereof, Interim Order dated 27.03.2018 is directed to continue for a further period of eight weeks. The Arbitral Tribunal may consider extending/vacating/modifying the said order upon appropriate application being moved by either party. The Arbitral Tribunal shall adjudicate on such application being uninfluenced by any observation made by this Court in this order or in the order dated 27.02.2018. In considering any such application filed by either party, the Arbitral Tribunal shall also be free to consider the prayer made by the petitioner in I.A. No.5243/2018 before this Court.

The petition along with pending application is disposed of with the above directions, with no order as to cost.
