Learned counsel for the parties submit that the possession of the subject premises has already been handed over by the tenant to the landlord on 15.10.2025.

As such, since the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing remaining therein, in view of the decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana:2003(1) SCC 453 and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr.:Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008, the present petition is disposed of.
