Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and submits, on instructions, that consideration is underway and the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of within two weeks from today.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at the moment, petitioners are not desirous of pursuing with the present contempt petition. However, if nothing happens, despite the expiry of the above said period of two weeks as undertaken today, the petitioners may be given liberty to revive the present contempt petition.

The petition, is accordingly, disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
