The writ petitioners seek to impugn the validity of the Show Cause Notices dated 03 August 2024 and 28 August 2024. 2.

In the absence of any jurisdictional challenge being raised, we find no justification to entertain the writ challenge. The writ petition shall consequently stand dismissed.

This order however shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner.
