This petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying for directions to the respondents to allot two seats in the JCM Council to the petitioner.

Issue notice.

Mr.Jagdish Chandra, the learned CGSC, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and having heard the learned counsels for the parties, we are of the opinion that the respondent should consider the contents of the present petition as a representation of the petitioner and decide upon the same within a period of eight weeks from today, by passing a speaking order thereon The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
