The present Appeal, under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has been preferred impugning the Judgement dated 12.09.2025 passed by the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi, in HMA No. 183/2024.

The learned Family Court, by way of the Impugned Judgement has directed the Appellant to pay interim maintenance to the Respondent at the rate of Rs. 12,000/- per month because the Appellant is earning a monthly salary of Rs. 32,000/- 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the Respondent is residing with her parents and she is more educated than the Appellant. livelihood. Further, there was no child borne out of the wedlock. 4.

This Court has considered the submissions.

This Court takes note of the fact that the Respondent has been granted interim maintenance, which is nearly 1/3rd of the Appellant's income. Hence, the Appellant is left with Rs. 20,000/- in his hands, whereas the Respondent is getting only Rs. 12,000/- per month to maintain herself.

Consequently, there is no ground to interfere. 7.

Hence, the appeal, along with all pending application(s), if any, is dismissed.
