Learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant namely, Sunita Bhardwaj has raised various objections regarding maintainability of the application, which is stated to be pending before the concerned Authority. It is submitted that a similar grievance was earlier raised and was dismissed by the other Court. According to learned counsel for newly added respondent, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the application is wholly misconceived and does not have any substance. 2.
Be that as it may, since the application is pending before the concerned Authority under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007; the same should be taken to its logical conclusion after affording a proper opportunity of hearing to all concern. Even the newly added respondent be permitted to make her submissions before the concerned authority.

Let the concerned authority to decide the application within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order passed today. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of along with the pending application.
