By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:- "1. Security room footage in gate no 1 old building near Judges parking where security checking machine is installed.

2. Family court room no 8 inner footage where the Hon'ble judge are sitting.

3. Outside premises footage of family court room no 8 where cause list is pasted.

4. Video footage of gallery/varanda in front of court no 8 to security checking machine which is installed near court no 1 family court.

5. Footage of entry gate which gate is nearby court no 1 family court where checking machine is installed. Near tin shed that entry gate footage.

6. Outside premises footage of family court room no 1 where cause list is pasted.

7. Family court room no 1 inner footage where the Hon'ble Judge are sitting."

Learned APP for the State accepts notice and on instructions, submits that the relevant CCTV footage has already been preserved, however, objects to the prayer (1). She further submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation and that further action is pending for want of the statement of the complainant as well as opinion on the MLC. 5.

Considering that the relevant CCTV footage has already been preserved and in view of the statement made, on instructions, by the learned APP, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application. 6.

Needless to state that in case no further action is taken by the concerned SHO on the petitioner's complaint, it shall be open for the petitioner to seek remedy in accordance with law. DASTI.
