The present petition seeking Inter-District transfer of Ct. Case No. 18825/2016 titled Rajendra Gupta v. Neelam Devi has been placed before this Court pursuant to the order of the Registrar General dated 24th November 2025. The reference originates from the communication of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, West District, based on the observations of Ms. Surabhi Sethi, JMFC (NI Act)-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, noting that the cheque in question was dishonoured from the complainant's bank account at Axis Bank, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Consequently, the said Court concluded that it lacks territorial jurisdiction to try the complaint.

dated 24th November 2025, Ct. Case No. 18825/2016 titled Rajendra Gupta v. Neelam Devi, presently pending before the Court of Ms. Surabhi Sethi, JMFC (NI Act)-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, is hereby transferred to the Court of the jurisdictional JMFC, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, which exercises territorial jurisdiction over NI Act matters pertaining to Uttam Nagar. Parties shall appear before the Transferee Court on 16th November 2025. The petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.

A copy of this order be sent immediately without any failure to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, for necessary compliance.
