% 23.03.2016 The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking directions to respondent No.1 to comply with the judgment dated 22.11.2013 passed in W.P.(C) No.1050/2000.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed a petition bearing W.P.(C) No.1050/2000 which was allowed by this Court vide judgment dated 22.11.2013. He also submits that the respondents have not complied with the said order and have not paid the arrears as per the Fifth Pay Commission.

After some arguments, Mr. Sagar Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application in W.P.(C) No.1050/2000 in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. V.P.VAISH, J MARCH 23, 2016/hs
