This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing the arbitrary enhancement of interest rates, Switch Fee demands, and SARFAESI proceedings initiated by Respondent No.2 against the Petitioner.
b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.2 to restore the original contracted ROI of 6.25% p.a. (External bench mark rate plus spread of 2.25%) on the Rs.4.50 crore loan account and to refund/adjust all sums illegally collected in the name of Switch Fee along with appropriate interest.
c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus restraining Respondent No.2 from harassing the Petitioner and his family members through recovery agents and from taking coercive steps under SARFAESI Act in respect of the loan accounts which remain standard.
d) Issue appropriate directions to Respondent No.1, the Reserve Bank of India to initiate regulatory and register FIR for forged and fabricating signatures of petitioner and co-applicant against Respondent No.2 for violation of RBI Master Directions, Fair Practices Code, and consumer protection norms."

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action as formulated in prayer (b) of the writ petition.

Writ petition along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
