In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Tis Hazari (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 31st March, 2016. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
