The Petitioner is a street vendor who is vending in Shahdara South zone, Ward-18E, New Delhi. It is his case that he has been given a mobile vending certificate and the same ought to be converted to a stationary street vending certificate.

The Court has perused the matter. The Certificate of Vending (hereinafter "CoV") of the Petitioner clearly states the 'Type of Vendor' as 'OTHERS'. However, the terms and conditions of the CoV have not been attached.

It is seen that the terms and conditions have been annexed with the Respondent's Counter Affidavit, which clearly shows that the Petitioner is a mobile vendor.

Be that as it may, ld. Counsel for the Respondent also submits that the survey is presently being undertaken in the Shahdara Zone. 6.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is free to participate in the said survey and until then, the Petitioner shall not be disturbed in his vending activities, so long as he complies with the terms and conditions of the CoV. 7.

The petition along with pending applications, if any, is disposed of in the above terms.
