It is seen that the grievance raised in the instant petition is almost similar to the one raised in W.P.(C) 18054/2025. 2.

The instant matter pertains to 17 SRNs. It is seen that almost all claims have already been processed, and the corresponding shares/dividends have been transferred. Only SRN bearing no. AB4366994 remains 'pending at share transfer stage'.
