Pursuant to our Order dated 18.12.2024, the petitioner has been examined by the Medical Board constituted by the Army (R & R) Hospital. The report of the Medical Board has been filed and is taken on record.

In its Report dated 24.12.2024, the Medical Board has declared the petitioner unfit for appointment, by observing as under: "Chest unexpanded - 78 cm, expanded - 82 cm."

The above measurement fall short of the minimum required standard as per the Medical Guidelines.
