The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.302/2024 dated 29.08.2024, registered at police station Dwarka South, for offences under Sections 498A/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the sisters of the complainant's husband. 3.

He submits that both the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are happily married and residing with their respective husbands in Chandigarh and Dubai respectively, and have not been staying in the matrimonial house of the complainant.

He further submits that they have been unnecessarily dragged in the matrimonial acrimony of the complainant and her husband.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, fairly submits that there is no intention to harass the petitioners The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and that they are only conducting inquiry in regard to the allegations made by the complainant.

He states that in case Petitioner No. 2 is not in a position to join inquiry/investigation in India, the Investigating Officer will interact and inquire with Petitioner No.2 through video conference.

He further submits that the Investigating Officer will also be sensitized in regard to the other petitioner who is also a married women and is currently staying in Chandigarh. If Petitioner No.1 is in difficulty to join the investigation in Delhi, endeavour would be made that the Investigating Officer will visit the Petitioner No.1's house in Punjab.

Considering the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh in case any grievance remains in future. 9.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
