Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has filed the affidavit. The paragraph nos. 4 and 5 therein, would indicate that the grievance raised by the petitioner stands mitigated. The said paragraphs read as under: "4.

That the said upload was purely inadvertent and accidental. At the time of uploading, I was under the bona fide and mistaken impression that the file was only a draft version meant for my own study reference and not a final or sensitive document. I state categorically that there was no intention, motive, or purpose to disclose, misuse, or circulate any part of the said file. The act was an honest mistake committed in the course of seeking academic material for my studies.

I state that on 25.11.2025, at around 17:48 hours, I received an advance copy of the present Writ Petition. Immediately upon learning that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the upload of the file had caused concern, I deleted the file titled "DV Case file" from the Platform of Respondent No. 03 without any delay, as a responsible and corrective step. I further state that the link to the said file, referred to by the Petitioner in Paragraph 06 of the Petition, is no longer accessible, as I had deleted the "DV Case file" immediately upon receipt of the Petition.

A true copy of the screenshot of the webpage accessible through the said link, showing that the file stands deleted, is annexed hereto and marked as "Exhibit B"."

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of. 3.

If there arises any subsequent cause, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse.
